Cake of the Week - Carrot Cake
I am a small local business based in Plymouth, Devon set up in 2011. As a mum of 4 children I have great experience in understanding a child and the wonderful and often outrageous ideas they have. This comes especially true when planning a birthday party.

I am an experienced confectioner having worked in the industry for 20 years Each cake is unique in its design tailored to suit the need of the client. Please note however, that due to copyright laws I cannot make any character cakes. |

I have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering and a National Food Hygiene Rating Score of 5 (Very Good). This can be verified by providing a copy of the report upon request. I hold a current enhanced CRB through a local children's centre where I work as a volunteer. I have £5 million public liability insurance a photocopy of this can also be provided upon request.
